1. Introduction

AidAlliance is a private crowdfunding platform designed to connect individuals with shared interests in supporting meaningful causes, particularly helping those in need. Currently, the platform is focused on facilitating fundraising for Michael's family, who are facing a critical situation. By using AidAlliance, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our platform, making a donation, or participating in any campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that may apply to specific features or campaigns.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this platform. By using AidAlliance, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Donations

Donations made through AidAlliance are voluntary contributions to support specified causes. All donations are processed securely through third-party payment providers. You agree that your donation is made willingly and without coercion.

Any amount donated, regardless of whether the fundraising target is met, will be transferred to the beneficiary (Michael's family in the current campaign).

5. Use of Funds

All funds raised through AidAlliance will be used solely for the stated purpose of the campaign. For the current campaign, this means supporting Michael's family. Donors will receive updates on the use of funds. AidAlliance commits to transparency and ensures that 100% of donations go directly to the beneficiaries.

6. No Refunds

Donations are non-refundable. Once a donation is made, it cannot be reversed unless required by law.

7. Campaign Management

AidAlliance reserves the right to manage campaigns, including closing or reopening them as needed. If additional interest arises, the campaign may be reopened to allow more donations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on AidAlliance, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of AidAlliance or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AidAlliance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any campaign.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AidAlliance, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform. In the event of any legal challenge or backlash related to the platform's operations (including but not limited to its unregistered status), you agree to support AidAlliance's defense by affirming that your donation was made voluntarily, without coercion, and with full knowledge and trust that the funds would be used as stipulated in the campaign description.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ghana, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our platform and updating the "Last Updated" date.
